Mr Huong is a Director at Novus Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd., a corporate finance firm licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore and an authorised Catalist Full Sponsor by the Singapore Exchange. He has more than 15 years of corporate finance experience in Singapore, spanning a wide spectrum of advisory transactions such as issue manager for initial public offerings and rights issues as well as both financial adviser and independent financial adviser for take-over offers, privatisations, voluntary delistings, mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, share placements, interested person transactions and whitewash waivers.
Mr Huong holds a Bachelor in Business (Banking) (Second Class Honours - Upper Division) from Nanyang Technological University.
Mr A Selverajah joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1979. His last position was Singapore Ambassador to Turkey from July 2015 to January 2019. Prior to that he served as Singapore's Ambassador to the European Union with concurrent accreditation to Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg and the Vatican. He was also Ambassador to Germany with concurrent accreditation to Greece, and later Ambassador to the Philippines. After which he was appointed Dean of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Diplomatic Academy and Special Envoy for Arctic Affairs.
In November 2000, he was awarded the Public Administration (Silver) Medal. He was conferred the Grand Cross of the Order of Saint Gregory by Pope John Paul II in October 2002, and the Order of Sikatuna with the rank of Datu (Gold Distinction) by Philippine President Benigno Aquino in February 2012.
Mr A Selverajah graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the National University of Singapore and obtained a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University.
